Marketing exec spends $1.385M in Rye City

Medium e7fc78a4af79b5a61a8c9f805a6e2892 Jaime and Bernard Costello bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 10 Thorne Place in Rye City from Douglas M. Antonacci, Jr., and Lisa R. Antonacci for $1.385 million on May 1.

The 3,136-square-foot home was built in 1970 in the East of Boston Post Road neighborhood.

Ms. Costello is an account director at UPROAR!, a kid and family centered marketing agency with offices in New York and Dallas, Texas.

She most recently worked at Brand Buzz, where she held the roles of manager for integrated marketing, associate director and associate director for integrated marketing. Before that, she was an account executive at Young & Rubicam.

She attended Boston University.

There were 66 sales in Rye City in 2008, with a median sales price of $1.2 million.
