Psychologist buys from key rigging grip in Pelham Manor

Medium d048c06762c6139d5fa45dfa773ffc2a Miriam Caceres-Dalmau bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 1061 Grant Ave. in Pelham Manor from James M. Boniece for $622,165 on Aug. 14.

The 1,954-square-foot home was built in 1920 in the Pelham Manor Central neighborhood.

Caceres-Dalmau is a psychologist. She has offices in the Bronx and Forest Hills.

She received a Ph.D. in psychology from the City University of New York and has completed her internship at Gouverneur Health Care Services. She also completed training in acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing and cognitive behavior therapy.

Boniece has worked as a key rigging grip on a number of Hollywood movies, including Spider Man 2, A Beautiful Mind and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

He received a degree in filmmaking from New York University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 69 sales in Pelham Manor during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $850,000.
