The single-family house is in the Northeast Yonkers neighborhood.

Dr. Odierna is a geriatrician at Montefiore Breast Imaging Center in the Bronx. She also specializes in family medicine.

She previously was an assistant professor in geriatrics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Yeshiva University.

She received her M.D. in 1996 from the State University of New York's Downstate College of Medicine, completed her geriatric medicine residency at the Albert Einstein College and completed her fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 623 home sales in Yonkers during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $420,000.
