Real estate lawyer acquires North Castle 4BD for nearly $2M

Medium f7e6bee409d17de2fe9719ce7b6f8ada Robert S. Insolia bought a four-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 108 Hickory Kingdom Road in North Castle from Richard Parles for $1.925 million on Oct. 8.

The 6,000-square-foot house was built in 2002 in the North of King Street neighborhood.

Insolia is a partner at Goodwin Procter law firm. He also is co-chair of the firm's real estate private investment fund practice, as well as a member of the firm's real estate and real estate capital markets practice.

He was a founding partner of Goodwin Procter's New York office, which he chaired for a decade. He also has served on the firm's executive committee.

He received his bachelor's degree from the State University of New York-New Paltz and his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 51 home sales in North Castle during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $963,500.
