Danko Panchich and Margie Chiu bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1326 Bolton Road in Pelham Manor from Barbara Neufeld for $935,000 on Oct. 22.

The 2,838-square-foot house in the Pelham Manor East neighborhood was built in 1920.

Panchich is vice president of global information security for Barclays Capital, an investment banking company.

He previously was vice president for information security for Lehman Bros.

He received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a master's degree in computer science from Hofstra University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 31 sales in Pelham Manor during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $737,000.
