Rebecca and Robert McCracken bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 25 Seneca Road in Ossining Village from David Matthew Rothman and Noreen Rothman for $437,750 on Oct. 29.
The 1,804-square-foot home was built in 1923 in the East of Highland Ave. neighborhood.
Ms. McCracken is a registered nurse. She is affiliated with Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan.
She is a graduate of the New York University School of Medicine.
Mr. Rothman is an associate with the public finance and economic development practice group at the Yonkers office of Harris Beach PLLC. He concentrates his practice on municipal finance law, state and local agency finance law, and industrial development.
He also is a New York State fee dispute resolution program arbitrator in the Ninth Judicial District of Westchester County. He currently serves on the Town of Ossining Board of Assessment Review.
He most recently was an assistant county attorney in the Contracts and Real Estate Bureau of the Westchester County Attorney's Office in White Plains.
He received his B.A. from Union College and his J.D. from the Albany Law School of Union University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 89 home sales in Ossining Village during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $365,000.
