Mark and Hollis Anzani sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 12 Park Trail in Croton-on-Hudson to Dean R. Wartell and Alicia A. Murphy for $380,000 on Nov. 9.

The Anzanis paid $349,000 for the property in Sept. 2001. The 1,600-square-foot house built in 1920 is in the North of Grand Ave neighborhood.

Mr. Anzani is vice president and chief technology officer of system z hardware products at IBM, where he has previously served as vice president of large enterprise technology deployment.

He received his B.S. in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Bath in 1980.

Ms. Anzani is a financial services professional who previously has been vice president for MBIA Insurance Corp., a holding company in Armonk, New York, and was vice president of municipal finance with Drexel Burnham Lambert.

She received her B.A. in economics and finance in 1981 from Colby College and completed a J.Y.A. in economics from the University of Bath in 1980.

Wartell is cast of the Rich & Reckless, a TV series in 2008.

Murphy is associate producer of the TV show Rich & Reckless.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 42 home sales in Croton-on-Hudson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $443,500.
