Andrew Gordy and Pamela Gordy bought a home at 1 Stephanie Lane in Croton-on-Hudson from Karen Sileck for $875,000 on Nov. 19.

Sileck bought the property for $997,500 in Sept. 2006. The residence is located North of Grand Avenue.

Dr. Gordy is a psychologist in New York City who serves as chief psychologist at Bellevue Hospital. He also is a clinical instructor at the New York University School of Medicine.

He graduated from Yeshiva University in 2000.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 47 home sales in Croton-on-Hudson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $450,000.
