Richard D. Meadow and Kirsten M. Meadow bought a six-bedroom, six-bath home at 18 Windmill Lane in Scarsdale from Windmill Realty LLC for $2.43 million on Nov. 20.

The 1,479-square-foot house was built in 1926 in Scarsdale Central.

Mr. Meadow is managing attorney in The Laniew Law Firm's New York office. He has been a trial attorney for more than 24 years.

He received his B.A. from Rutgers University in 1979 and his J.D. from the California Western School of Law in 1984.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 145 home sales in Scarsdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.075 million.
