Jeremy Randol and Jesse Randol bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 15 Dogwood Road in Bedford from Timothy Sturtevant and Virginia Sturtevant for $655,000 on Oct. 15.

The Sturtevants paid $426,000 for the property in June 2000. The house was built in the Bedford Southeast neighborhood.

Mr. Randol has been an account executive for the Universal Audience Platform at NBC Universal, a media and entertainment company.

He is a former director of advertising for New York and the Northeast at Thomson Reuters, and was director of online advertising sales at Euromoney Institutional Investor.

He attended the University of Vermont.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 131 home sales in Bedford during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $655,000.
