Stewart Dauman and Debra Dauman have listed for sale a six-bedroom, 10.5-bath home at 48 Haights Cross Road in New Castle for $27.5 million.

The 20,000-square-foot house was built in 2004 in New Castle East. Stacy Levey of Houlihan Lawrence Inc. is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Dauman has served as managing director at VERCOR, a leading middle market mergers and acquisitions firm. Most recently, he was a co-owner and president of the investment firm, Vision Financial Corp. based in White Plains. Prior to that, he was a managing director at Credit Suisse First Boston LLC and served as a co-head of the worldwide Real Estate Products Group.

He obtained his bachelor's degree in finance and marketing from Boston University and his M.B.A. in finance from Pace University.

Ms. Dauman is the wife of Viacom president and CEO, Philippe Dauman.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 150 home sales in New Castle during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $757,500.
