Guerman Aliev and Mariya Semenenko bought a seven-bedroom, 7.5-bath home at 9 Heathcote Road in Scarsdale from Irvin and Barbara Goldman for $10.88 million on Dec. 5.

The Goldmans paid $5.68 million for the property in May 2004. The 9,160-square-foot house was built in 2006 in Scarsdale Central.

Aliev currently serves as the chairman and CEO at Altpoint Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Before that, he held several executive level positions with Interros International Investments Limited.

He earned his M.S. in finance from the London Business School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 150 home sales in Scarsdale during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.18 million.
