Marcos Siega and Lisa Siega bought a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 17 Sky Meadow Farm in Harrison from Jonathan Orseck and Stacy Orseck for 1.7 million on Feb. 6.

The Orsecks paid $1.68 million for the house in October 2000. The 5,179-square-foot house, built in 1960, is in Harrison North.

Mr. Siega is a film, television, commercial and music video director and worked for the TV series "Dexter," "True Blood," "Cold Case" and "Veronica Mars."

Ms. Siega is the co-founder and co-owner of Zambos & Siega.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 127 home sales in Harrison during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $914,375.
