Real estate lawyer pays $1.27M in Pelham

Medium 589e87cb038199890212f756e0b983f8 Natalie Ungari and Michael Ungari bought a six-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 964 Pelhamdale Ave. in Pelham from Edward Guariglia and Lisa Guariglia for $1.27 million on May 23.

Natalie Ungari is a real estate lawyer. She currently serves as secretary of the board of trustees at the International School of Brooklyn. She previously served as an associate director of leasing at Two Trees Management and as an associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP.

She received her undergraduate degree from Boston College Lynch School of Education and her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark.

Michael Ungari is vice president at Goldman Sachs. He joined the firm in June 2006 as a summer associate. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, he served as an analyst at Management Real Estate Group. He also worked as an analyst at Accenture.
