Pharmaceuticals exec sells Yonkers 4BD

Stephen Pagnotta and Michelle Pagnotta sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 15 Remsen Road in Yonkers to Matthew Peringattu and Neeba Mathew for $514,000 on Dec. 7.

Stephen and Michelle Pagnotta bought the property for $400,000 in April 2005. The 1,680-square-foot house was built in 1953 in the Yonkers Northeast neighborhood.

Mr. Pagnotta is the Virology NY metro manager at Schering Plough, a manufacturer of pharmaceutical drugs including allergy drugs Claritin and Clarinex and the anti-cholesterol drug, Vytorin, in collaboration with Merck & Co.

Prior to this, he was Northeast district specialty manager at Verus Pharmaceuticals and Biovail Pharmaceuticals and a medical center representative at Hoffmann - La Roche.

He attended Concordia University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 637 home sales in Yonkers during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $419,070.
