Goldman Sachs exec buys 6BD home in Harrison for $2.83M

Medium 0c7a70b3383719c87296df4e8048da69 Blair E. Metrailler and Edouard W. Metrailler bought a six-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 7 Beverly Road in Harrison from Kent Wosepka and Lara Wosepka for $2.83 million on March 5.

The Wosepkas paid $3.3 million for the property in April 2011. The 6,047-square-foot house, built in 1948, is in Harrison North.

Blair Metrailler was a vice president at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers.

She attended Harvard University.

Edouard Metrailler is an associate at Goldman Sachs, Investment Banking Division.

He graduated from Eton College in Windsor, England. He earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Kent Wosepka is the global head of corporate credit at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and a member of the Fixed Income Strategy Group.

He holds a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 127 home sales in Harrison during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $914,375.
